I've never really had a problem with management. They can be slow to respond to emails or voicemails, but the response to maintenance tickets submitted online is usually decent. I have lived in this building for 3 years and during the first 2 there was a recurring issue with ceiling leaks (I'm top floor, meaning this is a roof not plumbing issue)- a small one near the front door of my unit and more in the hallways. They kept saying it was fixed and then the problem returned and they would call their contractor out again. I've had minimal pest issues. Sometimes maintenance comes and goes while I'm out, without calling even when I ask them to, and they don't fix the problem because they misinterpret what I wrote and don't ask follow up questions. They are not proactive with upgrades and they did not clean the place very well prior to my move-in.
