This is for Era on Excelsior specifically. The application process was pretty straightforward, typical application fee and deposit set up, with a standard 7-10 day turn around. Staff was great to work with up front, and throughout my 7 year lease, has been very quick to respond to issues, be they about the general property or our personal dwelling. Great about getting our pet rent taken off the bill after getting our animal qualified as an ESA by my doctor. Only issues I have are with the bathrooms (no fans, so window and doors gotta be open if you’re taking a hot one, which is rough for the ground floor apartments). Additionally, at some point during our lease, our apartment was classified as a 4D unit, which means we can only sign/renew 12 month leases. We were not informed of this until last year when we tried to do renew our 14 month lease, which we have done since the start to save on rent and have a better market if we want to transfer or move out. Those aside, would recommend.
